Market statistics

The statistics on this site are calculated from public listings collected from many sources. They contain no personal data: we do not store names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses of advertisers from other sites.

"I'm looking for a property" and "I have a property"

When you fill in one of these forms, we store what you are looking for or offering (deal, place, type, size and the details you add, including photos of your property). We use it to match people looking for a property with people offering one, and to calculate internal market statistics. Records are never shown on the site, neither individually nor as totals.

• Contact details (e-mail, phone) are optional. You give them only in the last step.
• Notifications: only if you tick "Notify me". The e-mails contain only facts about the matching property or request, never the other person's contact details.
• Forwarding to partners: only if you tick "Forward my details". We then may pass your record and contact details to cetirizida.com partners that cover the location of your record. Who our partners are. We keep a record of every forwarding (to whom and when).
• Contact between a person looking for a property and an owner: only when both sides agree. One side asks, the other accepts or declines; contact details are exchanged by e-mail only after acceptance. We keep a record of accepted requests.
• Investment inquiries: with your consent we forward your details to a partner agency in the country you selected. We keep a record of every forwarding.
• The consents are independent and none is ticked in advance. You can withdraw them at any time by deleting the record.

Cookies and technical data

• A cookie with a random key lets you return to your records from the same browser without signing in. It contains no personal data.
• We do not store your IP address. We keep only a one-way hash of it, to protect the forms from abuse.
• Counters of clicks on links to partner sites, without your name or e-mail.

How long we keep data

• A confirmed record is valid for 90 days. Before it expires we ask by e-mail whether it is still relevant, and you can extend it with one click.
• Unconfirmed records (without an e-mail address) are deleted after 90 days.
• When you delete a record, we erase your contact details, notes and photos at once. Twelve months after a record expires, we erase them as well. What remains are only facts without personal data (e.g. "an apartment of 40–60 m² in Belgrade was sought"), used for statistics.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or tracking services. Without your consent, your details go to no one.
